Samantha Cole is a mediator, arbitrator and parenting coordinator with over 20 years of family law experience, which she brings to the Center for Family Resolution. In 2023, she accepted a position as a Hearing Officer in Chester County where she currently oversees divorce, support and custody matters. Prior to her employment as a Hearing Officer, she was in private practice representing clients in all areas of family law, including sophisticated and complex divorce, support, and custody matters. She has extensive experience drafting comprehensive marital settlement agreements, and custody and support stipulations.

Samantha is a certified mediator, and prior to her role as a Hearing Officer, she was a court approved Parenting Coordinator in Chester County and a court appointed custody mediator. She is former co-chair of the Chester County Family Law Section, where she coordinated informative speakers for the Family Law Section, and kept the members apprised of updated changes in family law. Beginning in 2023, she held the position as Chair of the Chester County Family Law Rules Committee, and she sits as a member of the current Chester County Family Law Rules Committee. She is a member of the Chester County Family Law Section and a former member of the Chester County Custody Mediation Section. Over the last several years, Samantha has become a frequent speaker at the state and local levels regarding relevant family law topics, including but not limited to, parenting coordination, rule changes, and complex divorce and custody matters.

Samantha holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Ursinus College, and she is a 2002 graduate of Villanova University School of Law. She is particularly sensitive to the stress and overwhelming emotions parties frequently experience during difficult family matters. She combines her years of experience in private practice with her experience as a Hearing Officer to assist parties seeking mediation, arbitration and parenting coordination with the Center for Family Resolution.
